Deposit not Showing?
1. Locate the Option If your deposit doesn’t appear in your CordEx balance, look for the “Deposit not Showing?” text in red. This option is available on both the Deposit Site and within the Deposit Modal.
2. Expand Pending Deposits Click “Deposit not Showing?” to expand the section. You’ll see any pending deposits that were interrupted or left incomplete — for example, if the final signature was missed or your session was interrupted.
3. Review Deposit Details The expanded view will display how much is available to send. Double-check that the wallet address listed matches your CordEx Trading Wallet.
4. Confirm and Sign Once verified, click Confirm and complete the signature request when prompted. This action will finalize your pending transaction.
5. Completion After signing, your USDC deposit will be processed, and the funds will appear in your CordEx trading balance, ready to use inside the terminal.
