Order Types
CordEx currently supports Market and Limit orders, giving traders flexibility while keeping the interface simple and intuitive.
1. Market Orders
Market orders execute immediately at the current market price.
Ideal for fast entries or exits where speed is more important than exact pricing.
When placed, the position appears instantly on the chart and in the Positions row.
2. Limit Orders
Limit orders allow you to specify the exact price at which you want to enter or exit a trade.
A price input field appears when you select Limit order.
Once confirmed:
The limit order is placed
A visual marker appears on the chart, showing your pending order.
Limit orders are useful for precise entries, risk management, and strategic setups.
CordEx makes it easy to switch between Market and Limit orders while keeping your positions clearly visualized on the chart and in your portfolio.
